What can you do when you are overwhelmed by emotions?

3) BREATHE (In and out, nice and even) 😌

4) TALK CALMLY ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS WITH A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER 💜

5) LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE MUSIC 🎶

6) MAKE SOME ART... 🎨ANY ART AT ALL!

7) MEDITATE 🧘🏻‍♀️

8) STRETCH 🤸🏿‍♂️

Text me, call me, FaceTime me, Zoom me anytime! You are never bothering me. 

 

Be kind and patient with your parents, caregivers and siblings. 

 

Be kind and attentive to your teachers on Zoom. 

 

Be kind and respectful to your friends when texting and FaceTiming. Don't text what you wouldn't say to someone's face.

 

But above all... be kind to yourself.

 

Ask for help when you need it. Wash your hands. Talk about your feelings. Brush your teeth. Get enough sleep. Eat your veggies. Take your vitamins. Be creative. Sing, dance and remember YOU ARE A FIERCE FORCE IN THIS UNIVERSE!
